One hour a week for approximately one school semester (14 weeks), I am offering help with math in a broad sense.  If you or your child suffers math anxiety, had a bad experience with math that seemed to set them back, or does okay with math but never really feels like they truly understand it, I would like to help.  I have a PhD in math and am currently working as a mathematics professor at The University of Tennessee.  I have almost 14 years experience teaching in the classroom and even more years of one-on-one tutoring experience.  I also completed the University of Spiritual Healing 3 year certificate program with a concentration in Peacemaking and Spiritual Diplomacy.   I would be available to provide whatever seems to be needed in the moment, from a spiritual healing around math issues to specific help with a math course. 

I will be able to provide help via telephone or Skype.  The vast majority of my experience teaching and helping students has been with high school aged students and older.  I am willing to work with younger students, but please understand that there will likely be a steeper learning curve for me in that situation.   This could be done while the client is enrolled in school and working on a math course,  or in preparation for future enrollment.
