Description
Exquisite and vivid illumination around Ayat al-Kursi from the Qur'an, by artist Rahima Patty Wear. The unframed size is 22 inches by 30 inches. The piece is framed in a medium dark wood frame.
It is painted on 100% cotton hot press french paper using goauche and pigmented inks. The piece took approximately four months to complete. Rahima began it during Ramadan and completed it on Christmas Day.
Her himma is that proceeds from this piece go toward the cost of creating the beautiful rock wall terraces at the mosque garden.
