Do you want to start an organic vegetable garden but don't know how to begin? Have some organic gardening challenges you need help with? This three session teleclass with organic farmer Sa'id Nathan Boone will cover the basics during the 2009 growing season.
In this class you will learn about:
- Soil Fertility
- Composting
- Starting a garden in a new area of your property
- Planting strategies for year-round production
- Irrigation
One class per month on Thursdays May 21, June 11 and July 16 at 5 pm PST (California time). Call length is 1-1/2 hours. Space for 20 participants. The top four bidders will win this item (5 items are offered).
