About me:

Creating new recipes, like creating new works of art, is one of my passions in life.  For the past twelve plus years, I’ve been a self-taught cook out of the necessity to feed myself allergy-free foods.  This blossomed into a career I never imagined when I began cooking for people with special diets at a healing and spiritual retreat in Warfordsburg, PA about 3 years ago.

From there, people requested my food so much that I began my own personal chef business in 2006.  Even though not all of my clients have allergy restrictions, I usually prepare foods free of dairy and gluten anyway.  The great news is my clients don’t notice; they love the food and they love how the food makes their bodies feel.

Why can I help you?  Simply because I have been there myself.  Growing up with skin and digestive problems, hay fever and depression, I accepted them as a fact of life until they peaked towards the end of high school.  At this point, my journey to find a diet that supported my body began.  However, it took many more years and several different diets to fully embrace a way of eating that supported my body, mind and heart.
