Cute and unusual paperweight.  Basset hound family resting on an old-fashioned, fancy, overstuffed chair.  Extremely detailed.  The chair and cushions are textured.  You can feel the flowers and the fringe!  You can actually see the individual flower petals!  The basset mom has one puppy at her feet, three puppies laying on her back, and a fifth puppy burrowed between her back and cushions (you can only see the hindquarters and tail).  Mom appears to be looking right at you.  Her eyes are set into the paperweight and not painted on.  The bottom has green felt.  Matte finish.  Weighs approximately 1 1/4 pounds.  It measures 5 1/2" wide and 4 1/4" high at the highest point.   A very unique piece!
