Adorable sitting basset with big, floppy ears and tongue sticking out!  He's scratching under his left ear.  A delightful piece that makes you smile!  Tri-colored, glossy finish.  Label on bottom says, "Basil Matthews Studio, Made in England' and piece appears to be signed by Basil Matthews.  It looks like it's hand painted.  The paws are very detailed with pink hind pads.  He measures 3 1/4" wide by 2" deep, and 3 1/4" high.
