Truly a champion!  Basset hound standing with pride has a golden sign around his neck that says, "CHAMPION Basset Hound".  Mostly brown and cream, matte finish, with a few very small casting bumps and scratches.   Bottom sticker says, "Japan", with the number 8214.  He measures 6 1/2" long and 4" high.
