A 45-minute private relaxation class at your home for you and friends.
Learn and practice simple stress relief methods to release tension in the body and promote relaxation in the mind.
Simple calming exercises can improve energy levels, sleep, concentration and overall health!

Instructor Tasha Lansbury, LICSW, is a psychotherapist with an emphasis on mind/body health. She first taught stress management and relaxation in New York City in the 1990s, where she also completed yoga training.
