The finest musical movement, hand-made and carefully tuned, is mounted in a reproduction Shaker oval box. The movement plays nine measures of the well-known Shaker hymn "Simple Gifts" and repeats again. Key-wound from the bottom. The oval box is made from select Pennsylvania cherry, secured with solid copper tacks. Lustrous hand-rubbed oil finish. Music box measures 3-3/4" x 2-5/8" and is 1-1/4" high.
