The "King" of the Super-Tuscans: We thought the 2001 "Re" from Morazzano was something truly special. And it is. Only 2000 bottles are produced a year, from an extraordinary steep hillside vineyard, perfectly exposed, about 5 miles north of Sassicaia. It's only made in the greatest vintages, and it boasts the lowest yields (by far) in all of Tuscany. Each hand-numbered bottle is a rare, painstakingly-crafted treasure - a wine truly fit for a King.
