Medium-red color, rather clear. On the initial nose, a big hit of walnuts, followed by cassis, plum, and red fruit. On the palate, this is modest, showing some dust, some slight earth, bits of walnut and cassis. Started to broaden with time in the glass. Quaffable, but not in the best of places right now for my palate. Give it more time to unwind a bit.
