Three hours of baking or cake decorating instruction offered by accomplished professional cake creator and BHSEC parent Cynthia Peithman, proprietor of Cakeline and pastry arts instructor at The French Culinary Institute in New York. She baked Caroline Kennedy's wedding cake! Up to 4 students (price is per person). What to make chosen in consultation with the chef--possibilities include buttercream cakes, rolled fondant, icing, eclairs, scones, and more.
