Located at 31 Big Leaf Road, this home sleeps 12 people comfortably and includes a hot tob, pool table, ping pong, fooseball, as well as bikes for those 40 miles of paved bike trails.   

There are no date restrictions on the home, but because it is a popular rental, it is a good idea to call as far in advance as possible.  There is a $500 refundable security deposit and $125 cleaning fee with  the property.

This very nice, spacious, fully remodeled in 2008, two-level luxury home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bed Configuration: Upstairs Master: King (with 3/4 bath), 2nd Master (Downstairs): King (with 3/4 bath), 3rd Bedroom (Downstairs): Queen, 4th Bedroom: Set of double-sized bunk beds, Upstairs Living Room: Hide-a-bed, Downstairs Gameroom: Hide-a-bed. Gas fireplace in living room visible from Master Bedroom as well. 4 TVs (with large 40" flat screen in Living Room), 4 DVD,VCR, CD stereo. Downstairs gameroom has fooseball table. Also there is bumper pool and a ping pong table in the garage. Dining table seats 9 with seating for three more at bar. Nice upper and lower decks with nice (and plentiful) patio furniture. Hot Tub. Bikes. High Speed Wireless Internet Access. Access to Mavericks at Sunriver fitness and aquatic center. Air conditioning. Gas BBQ. Pets allowed with management approval. $500 security deposit.
