Two bedrooms include two twin beds that can be made up into King beds, each with their own bath and one with an additional futon. The other bedroom has a King bed with a private bath.

There are only 11 units in this building so it is very tranquil and the pool area is lovely. The location can not be beat. You are one block to the world famous Mamitas Beach, and 1 block to 5th avenue with the best restaurants and shopping. Water sports and activities abound so you will never be at a loss for things to do.
