You are bidding on a maintenance plan for a lawn irrigation system.

Hampton Roads Irrigation will:

• System shut down - Turn off main water supply to the system. All water is blown out of the pipes, heads and components by utilizing compressed air. Prevents system failure from freezing temperatures during the winter season.


• System turn on (spring season) - Reactivation of the system and a quick check for any obvious cracks or leaks throughout the system.


• Discounts on future service calls - Any labor billed for service calls or repairs will be discounted by 20% off the regular labor rate.


• Half-hour billing - Any labor billed for service calls or repairs will be charged in half-hour increments. Non-plan participants are billed in 1-hour increments.
