"Villa Aves del Paraiso" has 10,000 square feet, 3 levels of marble floors and domed ceilings, and was designed for a maximum of eight persons with four bedrooms and five baths. Surrounded by water...Manzanillo Bay in the East, Santiago Bay in the West and the Pacific Ocean, due South.....the views from the villa's terraces and marble decks, are delights to be photographed, enjoyed and remembered.

Inside the Villa
The master suite is over 1000 square feet, with pink marble floors, a king size bed, sitting area for watching and listening to TV or music, a Jacuzzi and a wrap around terrace to relax on and contemplate the mysteries of the Pacific Ocean. The VIP suite and library, is large and comfortable, with a queen size bed, and opens to a garden. There are two other generous bedrooms on the upper floor, and all have ensuite baths. The lower level of the villa includes a full cabana bath, kitchen, dining room and living room and both open to the pool patio and bar. The villa excites the senses. Beautiful plants and flowers abound, surrounding you with vibrant colors. Warm interior finishes and luxurious furnishings, lull you into a relaxed state of mind and whispering breezes off the Pacific, join with singing birds, to truly bring you a song of the tropics.

Villa Staff
Enjoy the finest in Mexican dishes, as well as Italian and Continental, all prepared by our two professional cooks....Cocktails, Margaritias, whatever you desire, delivered to you as you relax in the sun or pool, by our genial houseman....who also will drive you around the Peninsula, whenever you are in the mood. All together, there are five happy people on the villa's staff and each one is there to make sure, that your vacation will be one to remember.

La Punta Amenities
A beautiful private beach club is yours to enjoy. There are palapas for shade and lounges to recline on, plus a large lap pool that will allow dedicated swimmers to keep in shape. You can snorkel around the nearby rocks or just enjoy the sun and waves.

Tennis enthusiasts will find the La Punta tennis complex in perfect condition with 4 hard courts, lights for night play and a dedicated tennis pro who will be happy to help beginners or even experienced players. Or, if you just would like to walk or jog through La Punta, you will be joining others, getting the same exercise, morning and night.

Professional technicians will come to the villa by appointment. Massage treatments, facials, manicure, pedicure and waxing are all offered.

Activities outside of La Punta
Golfers will enjoy the 18 hole championship course at the Las Hadas Hotel. Designed by Pete Dye, it is challenging and scenic. The clubhouse is only 10 minutes away from the villa. Or, a 60 minute drive will take you to Isla Navidad. This is Mexico's premier golf course....Twenty-seven holes, in perfect condition. Another 15 minutes further, will bring you to, Tamarindo... This course was actually cut out of the jungle and is truly a challenge to any golfer. It is equal to the famous Pebble Beach in California. Besides the golf....you a can go deep sea fishing (in the sailfish capital of the world), scuba diving, exploring and, of course, shopping. Night life is all around, with discos, bars and restaurants.

Travel to Mexico
Non-stop flights to Manzanillo are available from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Los Angeles, Houston, Phoenix, and various cities in Canada. Any good travel agent should be able to arrange transportation from all parts of the US and Canada.  Private planes are welcome at the Manzanillo airport.
