Nikki Shocket welcomes you to her home for a very special cooking class. The lucky winners should save the date of June 10th at 10:30 in the morning.

The morning will be spent learning the secrets to "Kosher Style" entertaining with professional chef, Amanda cushman, followed by a stupendous lunch! The menu will include: Crostini with Roasted Plum Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Pesto, Spicy Corn Fritters with Smoked Salmon and Creme Fraiche, Mixed Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, Provencal Red Snapper in Parchment with Olives and Capers, Summer Vegetable Risotto, and small Chocolate Cakes with White Chocolate Sauce.
