Reversible Harness/dress is red on one side with decorative stitching and a polka dot ruffle. The reverse is red stripes, ribbon, silk flowers and the polka dot ribbon. The harness closes at the tummy and neck with hook and loop closure. The rugged polypropylene webbing holds a D ring on each side for a leash.
