A delightful Queen Anne-style house, Brucemore is the focal point of a magnificent 26-acre park-like estate in the heart of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Tours of the 21-room mansion provide a glimpse of the privileged life of another time. Interiors feature a Wagnerian mural, rich woodwork and a magnificent pipe organ. Built in the 1880s, Brucemore has been home to three prominent familes who used the estate as a center for culture and the arts.

Brucemore, a National Trust Historic Site, is alive with numerous events throughout the year. "Classics at Brucemore" presents classic theatre in an outdoor amphitheatre while "Bluesmore" attracts thousands to a blues festival on the First Avenue lawn.
