Sun Oaks, the finest full-service athletic club in Redding for over 40 years has it all!  We are located on over 6 beautiful acres in east Redding.  Our tennis program features a full-time professional, 7 outdoor courts and 3 indoor courts...... the only indoor courts in the north state. Sun Oaks has three pools for your enjoyment. Our covered 8-lane, 25-yard pool is open and heated year round, our recreation pool is designed for summer play, and our toddler pool will keep your kids cool all summer long.
We're also a complete health and fitness facility with a certified fitness staff, Nautilus, Cybex free weights and cardiovascular equipment.  Our certified personal trainers will help you see results and meet your goals.
