Segmented bowls are constructed of pieces of wood glued together to create designs that are not possible from a single piece of wood. The glued segments are actually stronger than the wood itself. You can be assured that the glue will not fail.

Although some consider the bowls to be collectable objects of art, they are great for nuts, candy, fruit, or salad. The bowls are priced according to the value of the wood used and the number of pieces. Every bowl is finished with a water resitant coat of either lacquer or polyurethane. They can be washed with mild soap and water, but do not put them in the dishwasher
