It’s challenging to decipher our true voice and what we really want and need. With all of this outside information about how to do it right and how to be good, how can we make a personal food body connection?  How do we know when we are really in love?

I reject the idea that anyone or anything understands your body’s true journey more than you do. We each have a history. There is a connection between our histories and our bodies and disconnecting when we eat. Your unique story and circumstance is the key to falling in love with your food-body connection.

There is no ending point on anyone’s journey or love affair with food and their body. This journey is going on throughout our lives, and how we participate determines whether or not we enjoy the connection.
