 About the Sous-Chef de Cuisine

Theresa Marquez is a highly experience chef, baker, and entrepreneur. Theresa has many considerable talents in the field of cooking which are a reflection of years of practical experience, blending self-instruction, formal instruction and 23 of cooking for family, friends, catering and now owning, operating and cooking at her own restaurant.

If you are the acquirer of this item you will be win a four course meal that will be freshly prepared then brought to your home, for final preparation. The chefs request that you provide them with a one week notice prior to rendering service please call Theresa Marquez at 891-9522 to reserve a time and date.

The chefs will request use of your kitchen and will need to possibly utilize your oven, stove top, and microwave. The chefs will clean your kitchen items that they use and will remove their own dirty items. The chef’s will bring in their own pots and pans and will not need to use any of your kitchen equipment other then those previously listed.

 The staff will not be responsible for providing beverages whither non-alcoholic or alcoholic, they also will not be responsible for setting the dining table nor cleaning the dining table after the meal.
