Deborah Wingard, a licensed social worker who has practiced hypnosis for roughly 7 years, can offer you a way to make these changes feel more natural and easier to maintain with 3 free hypnosis sessions. Through hypnosis, you can address your inner mind (your control center) and focus your energies on achieving your goal, make it something that you want to do, and make it feel like a natural part of who you are.
Rest assured, the whole time you are in complete control. You will hear and remember directions given and you can stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable. However, it's far more likely that you will want the session to continue because it is so calming!
