Special Instructions
Two $25 certificates to House of Blues Restaurant are good for food, beverage and retail merchandise – must be used for entire amount during single visit – may not receive cash back or credit for future use. One expires 4/28/10 and the other 5/28/10.
Hampton Inn – accommodations are based on availability – not valid on special events or New Year’s Eve. Reservations must be made with GM or Director of Sales. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Must present gift certificate at check in. Does not cover incidental charges such as parking, movies, etc.
