Colorado lodging tax and 15% service charge. The Ranch is open May 31 - August 15, 2009 for families. Group of 6 must include 2 children under the age of 16 years old. Stay is based on space availability. Reservations must be made by May 31, 2009 and certificate must be used for summer season 2009 and expires August 15, 2009.
