Many years ago, back before there were many of our modern convieniences like cell phones, computers, or automobiles, a young couple named Dan and Gail Lynch hit upon an idea that they believed could take the restaurant industry by storm. While eating a piece of inferior pizza, Dan opened a can of Budweiser, took a sip, and a light bulb went off. No, literally, a light bulb burned out, and while changing it with four polish friends, the idea came to him as his co-workers enthusiastically helped him finish off the rest of the pizza and beer. “Hey, I think I’ve got something here…,” he thought out loud… and out that idea combined with Gails good luck and acute business acumen, ‘Mutt Lynch’s was born.
