Only good at the Little Gym on Hulen in Fort Worth. The birthday party expires December 2010 and only allows up to 15 people, each extra person will be charged.
The classes certificate expires June 30, 2010. Birthday party expires December 2010.
Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, this item will be available for pick up at the MDA Fort Worth Office. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. MDA will make every attempt to combine shipment of items however, if items you purchased during this auction are located in multiple MDA offices, you may incur additional shipping charges.
