Special Instructions
Gift card may be used at any Academy location and cannot be redeemed for cash except in those state which require redemption for cash. Lost, stolen, or altered cards cannot be replaced. After 24 months of non-use, a service fee of $1.00 per month will begin to be deducted from the remaining balance, except where prohibited by law.
Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, this item will be available for pick up at the MDA Wichita Falls Office. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account. MDA will make every attempt to combine shipment of items however, if items you purchased during the auction are located in multiple MDA offices, you may incur additional shipping charges.
