With this wheel of handmade, award -winning baby caciotta cheese from The Mozzarella Company in Dallas. Caciotta is a Texas version of Monterey Jack. Mellow and savory with a semi-soft texture. This package also includes wine charms.
At the Mozzarella cheese company the cheesemakers chop the curds, made daily from farm-fresh milk, which are strung and fromed by hand into balls of fresh mozzarella. All Mozzarella Company cheeses are hand made following centuries-old recipes, just like the cheeses used to be made in Europe.
