A 6 month supply of Heartgard (requires a prescription from the dog's regular vet or proof of a Heartworm test within the last 6 months and an accurate currrent weight of the animal.)

A 6 month supply Frontline (requires an accurate current weight of the animal.)

All to be picked up at office.  No mailing.
