The cottage is a converted horse barn looking out on an 8 acre meadow. It is situated at 30/40 Elias Lane off Old County Road in West Tisbury, next to two horse farms. It has a Har-Tru tennis court and a grass bocce court. Because you will be renters, you can get a pass to the beautiful Lambert's Cove beach nearby. That beach is on Vineyard Sound. The bike path is down the road. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with twin beds. The kitchen, dining area and living area are combined into one long barn "aisle."There is a loft with mattresses which can also be used for sleeping. There is a phone for local calls, but no TV. One full bath and a spacious outdoor shower. Ample porch with umbrella table and lounge chairs.
