A Southeast Asian dinner for up to four people at the Ganapol's in West Tisbury prepared and cooked by the Alan and Joy. The meal will include a Thai fish soup, Vietnamese cold rolls, a chicken based Thai main course (e.g., chicken pad thai) and a Thai vegetable side-dish). Wine of course will be included with the meal.
