One personal yoga session with seasoned Ashtanga teacher Karri Jinkins (co-founder of yogamat boutique). Karri Jinkins has been teaching yoga in America (New York City and Los Angeles primarily) since 1999. She has been authorized to teach the traditional Ashtanga yoga method from her Guru, Shri. K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. She currently teaches with Eddie Stern at AYNY New York City as well as teaching many private clients and annual retreats. Karri is interested in helping students discover the true essence of Ashtanga Yoga when practiced in a non-competitive and supportive environment. Her goal is to assist students in building a personal Ashtanga yoga practice.
