Signed, dated print by the artist John Pai. 

Pai has shown all over the world, most recently at the Robert Miller Gallery in New York City. He was born in 1937 in Korea, where he is considered a "National Treasure." This untitled print was the very first print that he made.  It became a prototype for his later print works.
