Chef Gastronome Michael Tabrizi (Hollywood) has achieved wide renowned for his open kitchen concept when he introduced the East/Southern Mediterranean Cuisine to Baltimore in 1990. Native of Israel, Michael grew up around exotic spices, and what the Mediterranean sea has to offer. His mother is from a Lebanese origin with a passion for simple, but yet exquisite food; her knowledge and the love of good was passed on to Michael at birth! Michael lived and studied in Europe for over a decade where he acquired his knowledge of culinary principals. Michael holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Hotel Management.
