Winner must fax form within 7 days of receipt of auction close.  Passes to be issued no more than six months later; travel good for up to 6 months after that.  Certificate is non transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be sold and has no cash value.  Form can be picked up at the Maryland SPCA or mailed for no additional charge.  All sales final.
