Ninety minute session of bodywork to be used by adult and or combination adult/child of CranioSacral Therapy, from Emily Young of Body + Work.
Energetic Massage Therapy not only tends to the muscle tightness and inflammation felt from common sports injuries and chronic stress, it leaves you with a rejuvenated body, whose energies are more evenly balanced.
Emily has been playing with energy since she could walk and today weaves this inner knowledge with refined tools learned in thanks from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage, Upledger Institute, and through her lifelong passion and personal healing discoveries of movement. She approaches each body as a unique entity seeking completeness and peace in ease.
