Description

This spectacular glass platter was handmade by Mrs. Russell Larrain's Kindergarten class. Truly a one-of-a-kind  keepsake if your child participated in its creation!

This functional piece of art was created using the fused-glass method which in this piece incorporates cut sheet glass, fiber paper - to obtain the children's handprints around its perimeter, and various brightly colored glass baubbles. Once the design was completed to the students' satisfaction, the piece was kiln fired to 1450 degrees, resulting in this beautiful and lasting piece of art. This creation is not just for display: you can enjoy using it because it is so durable and completely food safe.

This is a Live Event Item.
