Handthrown Stoneware Bowl

Item Number: 147
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
This handmade stoneware bowl was formed (or thrown) on a potter's wheel by local artist Paul M. Chisholm. The freehand, natural design was inscribed on the outer edge while the clay was in a semi dry state. The bowl was then fired in a kiln and later sprayed with a layer of celadon glaze before a second firing, completing the piece.
The stoneware is food safe and can be warmed in the microwave or oven. Enjoy this piece as a decorative and functional addition to your home.
