6 nights- Monday thru Sunday. Dates are negotiable between auction winner and donor. Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas vacation excluded. Maximum of 12 adults/children. All bedrooms air conditioned. Master suite with king-sized bed, 2-person jacuzzi, two queen bedrooms, two bedrooms with bunk beds and a single bed. Pets allowed with prior permission from donor. Daily cleaning and laundry will be the responsibility of the renter. A cleaning service will be in before and after rental. No smoking allowed.
