This is a truly one-of-a-kind collection for the serious Beatles fan.


In this Limited Edition Boxed Set, you receive 10 prints from The Beatles' appearance on February 11, 1964 at the Washington Coliseum (now, the D.C. Convention Center).  It is their first United States concert after their world-changing appearance on the Ed Sullivan show.


Each image size is 11 x 16 and they are printed on 17 x 22 paper.


About the photographer: Rowland Scherman began taking pictures in New York in 1958, and served as the first photographer for the Peace Corps. Scherman traveled the world for the newly-formed organization, helping to give the Peace Corps its image. Scherman has done covers and photojournalism for LIFE, Time, Newsweek, Paris Match, Playboy, and National Geographic and was on the road with Bobby Kennedy as the photographer for his presidential Campaign.  He won a Grammy Award in 1968 for an album cover for Bob Dylan, and in 1969 was voted Photographer of the Year by the Washington Art Director's Association.
