We've created a collector's delight by pairing rare 3-liter bottles of cab from Napa Valley's Silver Oak Cellars and Willamette Valley's  Ponzi Vineyards. The Silver Oak 1986 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium ruby-red color with a sweet nose of blackberry, chocolate and dill. It's is suitable for drinking now through 2010. The Ponzi 1992 Pino Noir Reserve features dark fruit on the nose and palate, some spice as well as some herb and earth notes. In 1994, it came in no. 55 on Wine Spectator's prestigious top 100 list and was rated 92 out of 100, a true mark of distinction.
