John w Horne, a Woodstock, Georgia artist, has been teaching Drawing & Photography since 2000 after ten years as an Arts Administrator and Artistic Director producing/directing multi-disciplinary concert productions in the southeast. John uses a combination of techniques and mediums: ink washes, gouache, scrumbling, drawing, photography, pastels, graphite, charcoal, computer graphics, photography and graphic design. His work is characterized by its dreamlike ambiance and abstract realism, with the intent to pull viewers into his vignettes, and leaving them wanting more.......
