In May 2009, Spruce was voted one of 50 Best New American Restaurants by Travel and Leisure magazine. The Contemporary American cuisine showcases only the freshest, local and organically grown produce as well as naturally raised meats, line-caught fish and perfectly aged cheeses. The restaurant also includes a temperature controlled curing room that accommodates the extensive in-house charcuterie program.
