Casa Phoenix is Cozumel Island's most luxurious properties. It is the absolute best location with the ocean at your back door and the town at your front. It is located on the 7th floor of the El Cantil, the new luxury building everyone is talking about. The only five star property on Cozumel Island with an English speaking concierge service and an on site gourmet restaurant. Each of the large 4 master suites have their own private attached baths with gorgeous Mexican tiles covering the walls and floors. Three suites have king beds and one has two queen beds. The living room and two master suites open on the 50 foot ocean front terrace. The other suites have small balconies with partial ocean and town views. Also included is the nice house keeper who will arrive daily to see to your every need!
One week stay for up to 10 people.
Certificate valid through November 2010. Not available Christmas through New Year's or March 2010. No pets or smoking. No children under 5 due to balcony on the 7th floor. All other children/minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Important: All winning bidders will receive an email notification of a winning bid. You will be contacted within 10 business days to determine how you will receive your item. Receipt of your item(s) will be handled by:
- Selected items will be available for pick up at the specified MDA Office no later than September 30, 2009,
- Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item description, and;
- If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance will apply and will be billed to your account.
