This includes TWO round trip tickets to and from a single destination within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico or Central America provided by Continental Airlines. So the choice is yours, go tan on the beaches of Mexico or plan a fishing trip in Alaska.
Valid for travel 9/7/09 through 9/7/10. No extension permitted under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of each recipient to make a reservation and set up an e-ticket. Er1181 tickets will be valid for round-trip, confirmed-space travel on flights operated by Continental or its subsidiaries or operated by other air carriers and marketed as "Continental Express" or "Continental Connection."

- Selected items will be available for pick up at the specified MDA Office no later than September 30, 2009,
- Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item description, and;
- If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance will apply and will be billed to your account.
