This certificate entitles you to a 2 night stay in an Ocean View Accommodation. This certificate is valid 08/01/2009 through 05/20/2010. (Based on availability-no holiday or holiday weekends) When making reservations, the bearer of this certificate should contact the Executive Office at ext 207 at least seven days in advance (no exceptions). There are no extensions granted past the expiration on this certificate. No shows will result in an automatic voided certificate.
Friday Seafood Buffet certificate is valid 08/22/2009 through 07/31/2010. Gratuity & alcoholic beverages not included in certificates.
Sunday Champagne Brunch for Two is valid 08/22/2009 through 08/22/2010.Gratuity & alcoholic beverages not included in certificates.

- Selected items will be available for pick up at the specified MDA Office no later than September 30, 2009,
- Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item description, and;
- If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance will apply and will be billed to your account.
