The J.S. Fitness Studio is located in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the beautifully restored Kinney and Lange building. They are a private, personal training facility. They keep the equipment and spacious facilities clean and in excellent, working condition.

For those who can’t make the trip to them , they also offer  mobile fitness service. If you don’t have equipment, then they will bring it to you.

J.S. Fitness has a large variety of excellent exercise equipment, including a large assortment of benches, weight machines, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, cardio machines and a state-of-the-art cable system.
