Description
Imagine having a dinner party in a private medieval museum that comes to life just for your party of ten. Where medieval history and the evolution of medicine in the "dark ages" are woven into a story that is as entertaining as it is informative. Where touching the arms and armor is not only encouraged...but required.
The magical evening is being presented by Dr. William Stringer, researcher with LABioMed, and chief of Medicine at Harbor UCLA, who will talk about the evolution of medicine during the Medieval and early Renaissance periods, and Robert Laity, an expert in medieval history and "keeper"of a large collection of museum quality medieval arms and armor.
A mystery celebrity chef will make himself known the night of the Gala.
